What is microdosing?

Microdosing is the practice of taking micro, or very small doses of a substance to achieve a beneficial outcome for your mind or body. A microdose is designed to be low enough that it doesn’t impede your daily routines or activities, but still helps you feel better.
It’s a similar idea to taking small amounts of vitamins, minerals or even things like caffeine each day as many of us do already; except in this case, is it with substances you won’t (yet) find at your local pharmacy or cafe.
